Wellness & yoga retreats
A quiet place to slow the whole group down — the house and garden yours alone, with light-filled rooms that open up for practice and six acres to walk before breakfast. No other guests, no timetable but your own.
Wellness weekends need calm, space, and room to move the furniture. The generous rooms take a circle of mats for yoga or breathwork, the verandah catches the morning sun, and the garden — a fountain, an avenue of pencil pines, long lawns — does the rest. Facilitators run their own programme; the house simply holds it.
Because it's exclusive use, the retreat stays private: your teacher, your people, your pace, with nobody wandering through. Bring a practitioner or a private chef, or self-cater across two kitchens — nourishing food is part of the point.
Ninety minutes from Sydney, the Highlands air and the quiet do half the work before the first session begins.
